My Philosophy

I build shit for the web. My passion is creating elegant, efficient, and scalable solutions. I live by the "you ain't gonna need it" principle, because over-engineering is a fucking disease. Clean code is my religion, but I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and break some rules to get things shipped. I have a love-hate relationship with JavaScript; it pays the bills, but it's also the reason I drink.

  • Endless meetings that could have been an email.
  • "Agile" methodologies that are just waterfall in disguise.

  • `node_modules` being heavier than a neutron star.
  • Light mode. Seriously, what's wrong with you?

Beyond the Code

When I'm not coding, I'm probably doomscrolling on Twitter, pretending to be a VC, or wondering if I should have just been a farmer. The AI explosion is both terrifying and fascinating, and I'm trying to figure out how to leverage it before it makes me obsolete.
